Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): construction, Real Estate
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Scheduling control and Reporting of project work progress.
∎ Update daily project work activity.
∎ Fulfilling project information by proper feedback from concern department.
∎ Prepare monthly or weekly work schedule
∎ Supervise construction works
∎ Maintain records of work done by contractors.
∎ Ensure standard of quality of works according to specification.
∎ Ensure timely completion of works as per planned schedule.
∎ Ability to handle construction site individually
∎ Enough capability to prepare estimate by drawings.
∎ Liaising with consultants, sub-contractors, supervisors, planners, quantity Surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project and keep record of progress;
∎ Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force.
∎ Understanding of Basic Civil functions e.g. civil working drawing, Site preparation, Ground leveling, soil testing, form work, concrete foundation, building constructional work.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 45 years
∎ Having Organizational Management (Leadership) Quality.
∎ Having Entrepreneurial Thinking & Strategic Planning Capability
∎ Having Strong Command in written & verbal English.
