∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): BEPZA, LGED, PWD Building construction
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for supervision of all civil & structural and Finishing works and Maintain the work schedule.
∎ Preparing of Estimation of Project, Preparing & Collection of Bill.
∎ Daily Materials & Daily Site Cost Budget Preparation & Reporting.
∎ Monitoring Materials Receiving (Quality & Quantity).
∎ Maintain Site Register/ Stock Book/ Measurement Book.
∎ Quality Control, Time Control & Cost Control.
∎ Sub-Contractor Management.
∎ Monitoring Proper use of Construction Equipment.
∎ Any other task as required by project management.
∎ Must stay at Project Site.
∎ Candidates ready to join with short notice will get privileged.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Computer literacy Must. Skills Required: Microsoft Word, Excel, Auto CAD.
∎ Able to work with tight deadline and deal with work procedure, and under pressure
