∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering, Diploma in Civil
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for supervision of all civil & structural (Steel) and Finishing works and Maintain the work schedule.
∎ Provide technical support for all jobs involved in the projects to the subordinate.
∎ Ensure all works of projects are running as per program in consistent with the Working Drawings.
∎ Time to time compare the actual work done against planned and takes necessary action to maintain the work schedule of projects.
∎ Preparing of Estimation of Project, Preparing & Collection of Bill.
∎ Daily Materials & Daily Site Cost Budget Preparation & Reporting.
∎ Monitoring Materials Receiving (Quality & Quantity).
∎ Maintain Site Register/ Stock Book/ Measurement Book.
∎ Quality Control, Time Control & Cost Control.
∎ Any other task as required by project management.
∎ Must stay at Project Site.
∎ Candidates ready to join with short notice will get privileged.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 5 years experience in Prefabricated Steel Building Project
∎ Should have Experience in Large Steel Structure Factory Building.
∎ Computer literacy Must. Skills Required: Microsoft Word, Excel, Auto CAD.
∎ Able to work with tight deadline and deal with work procedure, and under pressure
Salary: Negotiable
