∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering, Diploma in Civil
∎ Skills Required: AutoCAD, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote, Project Management, Rate analysis, Tender Preparation
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Engineering Firms
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Applicants must have experience in Estimation, Rate analysis, BOQ Preparation, e-GP & Manual Tendering, etc.
∎ Analysis of the construction item and finalize the rate.
∎ Must Know - e-GP Tendering.
∎ Knowledge about the process of Materials requisition check.
∎ Good knowledge update about current materials & work rate.
∎ Smooth coordination with Corporate Office Construction Management Team.
∎ Coordination with Design Consultants [Structural, Electrical, Architectural and Plumbing] for effective implementation of Projects.
∎ Coordination with Supply Chain Department to ensure timely supply of Materials.
∎ Budgeting and Estimating, their proper application to Projects and control at Site.
∎ Preparation and implementation of Project Schedule as per targets set by the Management.
∎ Ensure Quality Works and Quality Product and Authentication/ Certification of Bills.
∎ Supervise Daily Construction/ Civil Work of specific Project.
∎ Estimate Materials Quantities from Working Drawing.

∎ Age 30 to 40 years
