∎ Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,Dhaka University of Engineering and Technology,Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ RCC Drain, RCC Culvert, RCC Bridge,Carpating Road. Building Construction, Carpeting Road ( LGED,RHD ) RCC Road, Drain, Steel Building
∎ Steel Building, Canopy, Steel Truss.
∎ Experience with analytical and scientific software such as, Auto-cad, SketchUp, Power-Point Presentation & analyzing Survey Reports, Maps, and Data to Plan Projects
∎ Advance proficiency in developing construction designs, layouts and design calculations as well as maintaining the project scope and timeline.
∎ Strong ability to manage material resources in order to determine appropriate use of facilities and equipment.
∎ Good negotiation skills when coordinating between clients and authority.
∎ Project management, supervision of structural & finishing work, estimation,cost analysis,executing
∎ and quality control of multistoried apartment building projects.
∎ Planning & monitoring the progress of the project.
∎ Day to Day follow-up of the project site works and reporting.
∎ To maintain and motivate personnel towards sites to discipline in respect of smooth management and make labor pro-active.
∎ To supervise time logsheet of project equipment.
∎ Finding out ways for cost minimization which need to be included manpower, Machine, Materials, Method and Money.
∎ Contacting potential clients to establish report and arrange meetings.
∎ Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
∎ Assisting Directors to take strategic decisions on existing and potential Project/Business opportunities by sourcing Future Construction Project Tenders. Developing industry network to explore new but viable and feasible project/business opportunities
∎ Develop proposal, preparation & ensure submission of Local/International Tenders by e-GP or OTM basis. Focus on Contract Management, Project Planning & Development, scheduling & mobilization of resources; Monitoring & Maintaining cost effective balance between time and resources.
∎ Finding Qualified International/Local Joint Venture Partners for Construction Projects, (including specialist subcontractors and suppliers); Coordinating the JV projects by preparing business agreements (JV agreements, contracts, supporting documents); and handling foreign/local correspondences with JV partner.
∎ Preparing sales contracts; following company rules and guidelines.
∎ To ensure business development.
∎ To ensure project/site labor Management.
∎ To ensure top supervision & project progress as per Work Schedule.
∎ Time to time meeting and reporting with project personnel's.
∎ Coordinate with the billing department.
∎ Any other activities as and when required by the management.
