Job Responsibilities:
∎ We are looking for candidates with 5+ years of Graphics designer & Web developer experience.
∎ Design and develop web application as per requirement.
∎ Design database and scale it efficiently.
∎ Candidate should be knowledge in Create voucher, profile, lift let, Visiting card, Id card etc.
∎ Study design briefs and determine requirements.
∎ Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software.
∎ Test graphics across various media.
∎ Candidate should be knowledge Bijoy Bangla & English typing. Must be 40 word typing speed in minutes.
∎ Lead, oversee, and execute SEO to grow organic traffic to the websites by planning, developing, implementing, and managing the overall digital marketing strategy.
∎ Managing all social media channels and campaigns to ensure brand consistency.
∎ Understanding keywords driving traffic to the website, keyword research, and competitor analysis
∎ Ensure basic on-page SEO is implemented correctly - Keyword strategy, Title tags, Meta tags: Description, H1, H2, Alt; Anchor text; Alt tags; URL Names; Social links and overall link building
∎ Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies for SEO/SEM, marketing database, newsletter campaign, social media campaigns, and content strategy Develop and implement Content strategies.
∎ Conduct weekly analytics reviews (e.g., Google Search Console) to identify issues and new opportunities.
∎ Developing concepts, graphics, and layouts for product illustrations, and company logos Create Banners, Thumbnails, Images, Promotions, etc.
∎ 2D 3D (Auto Cad), 3D Animation, 3d Design, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Advertising Agency, Advertising Promotion Photo editing, Banner, brand design, building design.
∎ Develop print layouts as per the guideline of companies.
∎ Excellent understanding of brand identity, design principles and printing process.
∎ Sound knowledge of photo editing and retouching.
∎ Maintain brand aesthetic and standards across all channels.
∎ Excellent knowledge in visualization.
∎ Performing strongly knowledge in photography and videography.
∎ Create Banners, Thumbnails, Images, Promotions, etc.
∎ Sound knowledge in YouTube video vlog, Facebook marketing, Instagram, Linkin, tweeter and in any social media.
∎ Need to write company vlog in different site as per assign by company.
∎ Any other activities as and when required in any location in Bangladesh as decided by the management.
∎ Concept of Tracking System.
∎ Must have knowledge of OOP and OOD.
∎ Experience in React Native will be plus.
∎ Design, code, test and implement according to website design specifications following standard coding styles and practices.
∎ Concept of SQLite Database. Good understanding of database programming is required.
∎ Concept on UI Design & UI Components.
∎ Concept on XML Parsing JSON Parsing.
∎ Ability to handle end-to-end development of Android apps.
∎ Working experience in PHP framework Laravel.
∎ Strong Knowledge of Laravel service containers, providers.
∎ Working experience in React.JS.
∎ Knowledge of jQuery and Ajax.
∎ Knowledge of MySQL.
∎ Clear & Solid Knowledge of MVC pattern.
∎ 3rd Party Package Integration in Laravel.
∎ Module base Laravel development.
∎ E-Commerce experience highly preferred.
∎ Envato market place work experience.
∎ To understand business requirements and translate the same to technology.
∎ Sound knowledge of Android SDK & libraries.
∎ Great interpersonal and communication skills
