Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing, scheduling, coordinating and monitoring assigned engineering tasks.
∎ Formulating project parameters, assigning responsibilities to the work force, and monitoring the project team.
∎ Controls project plan by formulating and reviewing design, specifications, and plan, scheduling changes, and recommending actions.
∎ Interacting with management, interpreting their needs and requirements, and representing them in the field.
∎ Performing Quality control tasks on budgets, schedules, plans, and personnel performance and reporting on the project's status.
∎ Cooperating and communicating with the Projects Manager/Director and other project participants and collaborating with senior officials to create more efficient project methods and to maintain the project's profitability.
∎ Reviewing the engineering tasks and initiating the necessary corrective actions.
∎ Developing specifications for the project's needed equipment.
∎ Creating frameworks to measure the project's metrics and data collection.
∎ Ensuring the project's compliance with the applicable codes, practices, policies, performance standards, and specifications.
∎ Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Proven working experience as a Civil site engineer
∎ Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards
∎ Good problem solving skills and be able to manage a whole project, including looking after budget, and it's important that meets deadlines.
∎ Able to forecast Project engineering schedule.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Strong leadership skill.
∎ Candidate should have intention to travel anywhere in the Bangladesh for project purpose
