Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execute effective plan, implement & monitor of project activities.
∎ Provide technical support to the subordinate for all jobs involved in the projects.
∎ Ensure all works of projects are running as per program in consistent with Working Drawings.
∎ Train the project team on assessment, quality control, progress monitoring & administration discipline to create satisfactory job environment.
∎ Ensure all quality control process are maintained properly.
∎ To make Sure all safety measures are followed by both the contractor and his people.
∎ To arrange & attend meeting with contractors & site personal to identify the issue to improve the project progress & quality for taking better initiative in all respect.
∎ Certifying Project Material Requisitions and all running and final bills of contractors.
∎ Select finishing materials like tiles, bath and electrical fixtures etc. in consultation with Supply chain management, Customer Care Dept. and Director.
∎ Prepare finishing detail program for projects in finishing stage.
∎ Time to time compare the actual work done against planned and take necessary action to maintain the work schedule of projects.
∎ Keep record regarding Sites information, copy of approved plan and detail information.
∎ To be accountable for the successful completion of project.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Sound knowledge in Auto CAD operating, Construction costing etc,
∎ Well known about construction used equipment and materials.
∎ A minimum of 5 years of practical experience in reputed Real Estate/
∎ Developer Company.
∎ In-depth technical knowledge of both structural and finishing work
∎ within the construction field.
∎ Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety.
∎ Problem-solving skills to address on-site challenges.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Quantitative analytical ability.
