Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc Engineering (Civil) from BUET/ RUET/ KUET/ CUET

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Take full responsibility for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish.
∎ Review project details meticulously to develop accurate bar-charts, scheduling deliverables, estimating costs, and ensuring efficient resource allocation.
∎ Collaborate closely with the purchase department to guarantee the timely supply of necessary construction materials.
∎ Maintain effective communication and coordination with top management to ensure project alignment with strategic goals.
∎ Work hand-in-hand with site engineers to execute projects as per design and quality standards.
∎ Manage and coordinate both direct construction workers and subcontractors, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
∎ Create comprehensive monthly, weekly, and daily work programs for efficient project execution.
∎ Possess practical and in-depth knowledge of both structural work and finishing work aspects.
∎ Uphold the company's commitment to quality by monitoring and ensuring adherence to construction standards and specifications.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Skilled in Auto CAD operating, Construction costing, E-Tabs etc,
∎ A minimum of 10 to 15 years of practical experience in reputed Real Estate/
∎ Developer Company or Construction project.
∎ Proven experience in leading successful construction projects
∎ with a track record of on-time and within-budget delivery.
∎ Proficiency in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively coordinate across
∎ different teams and levels.
∎ Expertise in managing construction workers and subcontractors to achieve project milestones.
∎ In-depth technical knowledge of both structural and finishing work within the construction field.
∎ Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety.
∎ Problem-solving skills to address on-site challenges promptly and effectively.
∎ Able to forecast Project engineering schedule.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Strong leadership skill.
∎ Adaptable and able to work under pressure.
∎ Quantitative analytical ability.
