Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. To maintain proper and updated daily records of all works done, including records of tests, inspections, the status of works, safety, site diary, materials and equipment on-site, labor, day works, provisional quantities, etc.
∎ 2. To verify reports and claims submitted by contractors.
∎ 3. To make BOQ, Estimate, Quotation, Bill, Invoice, Work Order/Purchase order related to the assigned project.
∎ 4. Determine, at an early stage, the exact client requirement.
∎ 5. Build trust and respect with clients.
∎ 6. Monitor project deadlines and assist team members in meeting deadlines.
∎ 7. Continually review quality practices within the team.
∎ 8. Ensure all instructions from clients are clarified.
∎ 9. To discuss with engineers and create an efficient drawing filling and retrieval system.
∎ 10. To carry out work management and coordination as directed by management.
∎ 11. To supervise and work with technical/nontechnical persons assigned at the site to ensure satisfactory work completion.
∎ 12. To carry out site supervision and inspection of the works including any off-site manufacturing as instructed by stakeholders/ employer to ensure that the works are constructed to the required quality and accuracy.
∎ 13. To monitor the progress of the works on site and at any off-site manufacturing facilities and report delays immediately.
∎ 14. To provide standing supervision as and when directed by the consultant team/Board of management.
∎ 15. To undertake any other duties related to the project and work as and when instructed by the management.
