∎ Age 30 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply.
∎ Minimum 8 years specific experience in govt./semi-govt./autonomous high-rise building construction works and Road works are a must. Public university project work experience is preferred.
∎ Should have proven experience in the related field.
∎ Should be honest and hard-working.
∎ Willing to work under pressure & extensive working hours.
∎ Good command of Bengali and English.
∎ Should have good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, AutoCAD and internet.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To maintain proper and updated daily records of all works done, including records of tests, inspections, the status of works, safety, site diary, materials and equipment on-site, labor, day works, provisional quantities, etc.
∎ To verify reports and claims submitted by contractors.
∎ To make Project Budget, BOQ, Estimate, Quotation, Bill, Invoice, and Work Order/Purchase order related to the assigned project.
∎ Determine, at an early stage, the exact client requirement.
∎ Build trust and respect with clients.
∎ Attend client meetings as required.
∎ Monitor project deadlines and assist team members in meeting deadlines.
∎ Continually review quality practices within the team.
∎ Ensure all instructions from clients are clarified.
∎ To discuss with engineers and create an efficient drawing filling and retrieval system.
∎ To carry out work management and coordination as directed by management.
∎ Oversee project records and documentation to your discipline.
∎ To supervise and work with technical/nontechnical persons assigned at the site to ensure satisfactory work completion.
∎ To carry out site supervision and inspection of the works including any off-site manufacturing as instructed by stakeholders/employers to ensure that the works are constructed to the required quality and accuracy.
∎ To monitor the progress of the works on site and at any off-site manufacturing facilities and report delays immediately.
∎ To provide standing supervision as and when directed by the consultant team/Board of management.
∎ To undertake any other duties related to the project and work as and when instructed by the management.
