∎ Master of Science (MSc) in Civil Engineering
∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering from any reputed university M.Sc. preferable.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Searching, sourcing & develop new business opportunity, communicate with different personal or Govt. or privet organization to find out the new scope of work, profit oriented business.
∎ Participation in tender, preparation of the tender process both in EGP & Manual, cost estimation, preparation of BOQ, submission, negotiation and find out the way to be awarded the work.
∎ Study the Contract documents like Specifications, B.O.Q (Bill of Quantities) and drawings thoroughly and compare with the Tender stage Civil documents and inform the authority in regards to any discrepancy.
∎ The overall construction and project management functions relating to the projects including development of the building and construction. Including design management, contractor management, Resource allocation and budget adherence, reporting on project budget, etc.
∎ Co-ordinate with different Govt. authority for permission/approval of design, utility services, removing the blockage and complete the work in favor of the company.
∎ Responsible for maintaining quality and timely completion within budget of the project to the satisfaction of Consultant/Customers.
∎ Responsible for controlling the cost of the project by effectively implementing company norms for labor and material. Monitoring of the Actual v/s estimated cost and appraising the Management authority.
∎ Ensure that all works are carried out as per the relevant specifications/requirements and ensure the standard of quality and accuracy of works and materials. Ensuring control of wastage of materials.
∎ Coordinate and control the activities of Project Engineers, Sub -Contractors to ensure that the quality of the workmanship and materials are maintained to the requirements of the customers.
∎ Responsible for guiding site staff and ensuring smooth functioning of day to day activities for all ongoing projects related Jobs.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 45 years
∎ Minimum 15years' experience with at least 5 years' experience as a head of construction at any well-reputed Construction / Engineering Firm.
