Responsibilities & Context:
∎ -To supervise & execute construction of building projects including shore pile, Basement, super structure, sanitary & plumbing and total finishing works of the building as per approved drawing.
∎ -Having in-depth knowledge and understanding of architectural & engineering design drawing.
∎ -Must have requisite experience in project supervision with quality control.
∎ -Capable to ensure Quality of works with proper record keeping of every stages of QC.Efficiency in completing the projects with in the given time frame.
∎ -Overseeing all the details of the Project from beginning to end till its handover.
∎ -Responsible for total project planning projects implementation reducing the cost & wastages.
∎ -Ensure timely completion of the construction work of the project for timely handover.
∎ -Capable to do any work related to site management as assigned by the company.
∎ -Assure store checking and maintain documentation properly.
∎ -Check bill and quantities of every item of work according to the original.
∎ -Ensures all the safety codes and security of all workers, materials, and equipment.
∎ -Oversee day to day activities of all contractor, Rubbish management and wastage control in terms of all materials.
∎ -Oversee all utilities bill because of excessive uses of water, electricity and others.
∎ -Any other job assigned by the Management from time to time.
