Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Civil
∎ Skills Required: Auto CAD 2D 3D, Interior Design, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, typing skill in English and Bangla
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing parts of construction projects.
∎ Overseeing building work.
∎ Undertaking surveys.
∎ Setting out sites.
∎ Checking technical designs & drawings.
∎ Supervising contracted staffs.
∎ Liaising with clients, subcontractors & other professional staff, surveyors & overall project Engineer.
∎ Providing technical advice and solving problems on site.
∎ Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork.
∎ Liaising with surveyors about ordering & pricing of materials.
∎ Ensuring that health & safety and sustainability policies & legislation are adhered to.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 25000 (Monthly)
