Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Civil Engineering from any reputed institution.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Hands on experience in construction and supervision of high rise Buildings.
∎ Responsible for overall construction management and supervision of the projects
∎ Review the project in detail to create a Bar-chart, schedule deliverables, and materials & estimate costs.
∎ Coordinate with direct constriction workers, subcontractors, and management.
∎ Review with work progress on a daily &weekly basis.
∎ Ensuring safety regulations.
∎ Report project status and progress report & prepare interim/revised project schedule.
∎ Coordination with supply chain department to ensure timely supply of materials.
∎ Strong leadership skills, ability to manage, and capability to work under pressure.
∎ Energetic, confident and proactive.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal).
∎ Primavera/MS Project, Auto-Cad & Excel would be beneficial.
∎ Should be hardworking and self-motivated.
∎ Prepare and estimate detailed BOQ of the projects.
∎ Keep the management aware of the progress of construction projects and budget estimation regularly.
∎ Should have knowledge of structural design.
∎ Other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Minimum 12 years works experience in construction field out of this at least 10 years experience in similar position.
∎ Must possess exceptional organizational and time management skills ability to work under pressure.
∎ Candidates having relevant work experience in Renowned Real Estate Company are strongly encouraged to apply.
∎ Speaking and writing skills in English & Bangla.
∎ Willing and able to bear responsibilities by making timely decisions and accountable to management.
∎ Excellent leadership, communication & organizational skills.
∎ Excellent analytical & problem solving skills.
∎ Strong crisis management
