∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Building Construction, Civil Construction, Construction engineering
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Project Coordinator responsibilities include working closely with our Project Manager to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes and budgets for projects. You will perform various coordinating tasks, like schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation and handling financial queries.
∎ Construction site coordinators plan, organize, and direct the activities of a construction project, under the direction of the Project Manager.
∎ Full time site based, looking after the day-to-day responsibilities of the project.
∎ Have good project administration and management skills.
∎ Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and specifications.
∎ Have in-depth knowledge of new systems and materials, and building codes and regulations, local & international construction practices.
∎ Use computer programs specific to the construction industry, such as scheduling and estimating software, Microsoft office, database, emails and so on.
∎ Assist the Project manager in Developing and implementing quality control and HSE plans.
∎ Prepare progress reports, material requirements under guidance of the Project Manager.
∎ Regular follow up with the Project procurement and finance team for timely material delivery and payments of the workers, suppliers, etc.
∎ Collect and prepare required reports/ data from the Site team and arrange for Project Manager's review and further action.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Speak, write and read English frequently.
∎ Have in-depth knowledge of new systems and materials, and building codes and
∎ regulations, local & international construction practices.
Salary: Tk. 60000 - 80000 (Monthly)
