Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Civil, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Good Knowledge about Construction of Civil including piling /foundation/ structure/decoration/ plumbing/HVAC etc.
∎ Check, comment and confirm the discipline construction method statement submitted by CONTRACTOR, supervise the statement put into practice.
∎ Establish progress control system of the discipline work according to the Project Master Schedule in conjunction with the Planning Engineer.
∎ Check, confirm and monitor the discipline performance schedule submitted by CONTRACTOR towards the Project Master Schedule, evaluating manpower, construction EQUIPMENT AND MATERIALS, etc. mobilized by CONTRACTOR if capacities enough to realize the target defined in the schedule.
∎ Attend SITE Meeting between UDWL and the CONTRACTOR, also, can organize discipline progress meeting with CONTRACTOR at any time - especially when the progress are behind the schedule, to instruct CONTRACTOR to achieve the progress target, prepare and issue the minutes of meetings.
∎ Liaise with QC manager, check, comment and confirm ITP ( Inspection and Test Plan) and the inspection record forms, participate QC activities organized by QC Team, assure required standard of quality for the construction work is attained and maintained.
∎ Check, verify and certify the WBQ (Working Bill of Quality) progress report completed and submitted by CONTRACTOR, to provide assistance to the Cost Engineer to assess and confirm any progress payment.
∎ Constantly review the contractual clause regarding to the discipline work stipulated in the PRIME CONTRACT, to provide assistance to the Cost Engineer and Contract Engineer to assess, advise and implement in respect to any claims.
∎ Advise Drawing Audit, actively check the Drawings with CONTRACTOR from constructability point of view, report and communicate with the Discipline Designing Engineer to resolve the drawing issues what are found before the work put into practice.
∎ Liaise with Field Designing Engineer, carry out FTR (Field Trouble Report) and FRI (Field Revision Instruction) procedure, close them with QC Team.
∎ Liaise with the Material Controller and Procurement Controller on SITE, hold material delivery status of the discipline, inform and help CONTRACTOR to optimize and adjust the schedule as per actual material status to ensure the progress achieved on the target.
∎ Prepare and issue of any necessary correspondence to the CONTRACTOR as directed.
∎ Provide technical support for the obtaining of project work permit as project required.
∎ Provide the assistance to the project team for ISO9000 audit and directly receive the audit if required and necessary.
∎ Keep close watch on all activities of CONTRACTOR on SITE and keep intensive cooperation with CM. It needs to be immediately reported to CM when it is found the activities and performance of CONTRACTOR are not in conformity to the requirement or specification and are beyond control.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Oversea work experience especially in South Asia shall be preferential.
∎ Good communication skill, active personality and mature character, work pressure undertaking, honest and diligent.
∎ Be good at office software especially in Word, Excel skills.
∎ Good command of written and spoken English.
