Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering (ME) from any reputed university.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: SolidWorks,AnSys,Simulation
∎ Training/Trade Course: Siemens NX,CAD,Ansys
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Air flow, ANSYS, Auto CAD 2D 3D, Siemens NX, Simulation, Simulink, Solid works, Structural Designing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Simulation and analysis of Fan and Blower.
∎ Drop test simulation and analysis.
∎ CFD analysis. Fluid (Air) flow analysis with with Ansys, Fluent, Simulink, Siemens NX Software.
∎ Product Design for Air conditioner IDU and ODU plastic and metal parts.
∎ Work with Ansys Fluent, Ansys LS-DYNA, Meshing Technique, Different Turbulence Models, Material Properties, Contacts, Pre and Post Processing of LS-DYNA.
∎ Creating detailed 3D and 2D design of RAC structural components with CAD Software.
∎ Calculating weight and material requirements for structural parts.
∎ Modifying design according to requirements.
∎ Working with sheet metal and plastic parts.
∎ Product development and product reliability improvement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Sound knowledge on : CFD analysis, Ansys Fluent, Ansys LS-DYNA, Meshing Technique, Different Turbulence Models, Material Properties, Contacts, Pre and Post Processing of LS-DYNA.
∎ Should have extreme passion working in Simulation Software.
∎ Sound knowledge on different sheet metal and plastic materials.
∎ Sound knowledge on English and Bangla Language both speaking and writing.
