Automobile, E-commerce, Importer, Motor Workshop

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create and maintain a professional, welcoming experience for showroom customers.
∎ Attending showroom customers and showing the cars from ready and upcoming stock.
∎ Attending customers phone calls, replying emails and questions in the social media.
∎ Maintaining a beautiful and clean environment in the showroom.
∎ Oversee showroom operations, including day to day maintenance.
∎ Coordinate with other managers to ensure smooth functioning of showroom.
∎ Develop and maintain business relationships and new business leads.
∎ Controlling inventory & stock management. Conduct regular staff meetings.
∎ Providing invoice, delivery challans, quotations as per the customer requirement.
∎ Coordinating with C&F (clearing and forwarding) agencies and with drivers to ensure safe arrival of the cars from Mongla / Chittagong port.
∎ Time to time follow up with the enlisted workshops for quick delivery after doing the touch up.
∎ Coordinate with the customer and ensuring 100% satisfactory delivery of the sold cars.
∎ Coordinating with the banks and customers for their auto loan processing.
∎ Coordinating with BRTA for timely car registration.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have driving license with excellent driving skill.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)
∎ 5000 Taka per car will be paid as sales bonus.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, Over time allowance
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Showroom is open Everyday. Candidate will get weekly one holiday roster wise.
