∎ Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Housekeeping
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should be able to smoothly handle regular supervisory jobs of entire Shopping mall.
∎ Must be able to work under pressure.
∎ Maintaining all regulatory requirements.
∎ Recruit, train and develop support stuff (Peon, Chef, Caretaker) by maintaining a safe and secure work environment.
∎ Responsible to facilitate management by effective operation and maintenance at mall.
∎ Ensuring all directives, guidelines, rules, policies and procedures of management are properly implemented.
∎ Smoothly handle total security system and housekeeping.
∎ Maintenance all kind of operation related documents and prepare daily report.
∎ Comply with all occupational health and safety (OHS) guidelines.
∎ Document reports of occurrences and record statistical information.
∎ Maintain safety regulations during installation.
∎ Implement preventative measures to ensure unsafe processes are not repeated.
∎ Ensure all personnel safety precautions (hardhats, protective goggles, etc.)
∎ Ensure proper monitoring of each and every installation.
∎ Prepare daily, weekly & monthly stock report.
∎ Any other activities as and when tasked by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Negotiable
