∎ Bachelor's degree in engineering or any related field. Certification in Supply Chain Management is a plus.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Erp software, Logistics Management, Order Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assessing and planning the most efficient freight route by SEA/AIR/LAND.
∎ Providing regular updates to clients, keeping them informed about the progress of their goods.
∎ Managing payments and handling transactions on behalf of clients, including freight charges.
∎ Obtaining competitive rates from various vendors and creating a Comparison Statement for the benefit of the company.
∎ Freight forwarder assistants may be required to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, so the ability to prioritize and multitask is beneficial.
∎ Having knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures can be advantageous.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ Strong knowledge of import operation and documentation.
∎ Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
∎ Day-to-Day information keeping.
