Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com)
∎ Educational qualification shall be flexible for the candidates who are experienced in Commercial operation.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Knowledge of Commercial documents for Import & Export operation.
∎ L/C, Banking Operation and documentation.
∎ Export documents (Bill of loading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Buyer Packing List, , Beneficiary Certificate,,CO, SOO, etc.) and others documents prepare for Buyer,.
∎ Operations regarding HS code, Customs Act, Import Policy, Export Policy, Bond formalities and other related laws applicable for Import & Export.
∎ Operations of Bank rules regarding L/C, TT, and FDD & follow up.
∎ To keep & maintain export related records.
∎ Maintain all correspondence & Communication with HO, factories and shipping agents verbally & through E-mail.
∎ Maintain hard copy and soft copy register for commercial responsibilities.
∎ Liaison maintain with accounts, inventory and production department.
∎ Prepare necessary statement and report in line with the management's requirement.
∎ Able to any other work assigned by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Commercial and Shipping / Logistics
∎ Must be dynamic, energetic, self-motivated and self-organized with positive attitude.
∎ Proficient in MS-Word, Excel and Internet surfing.
∎ Knowledge in different types of Interlining shall be preferred.
∎ Knowledge of ERP
Salary:
∎ As per Industry Standards.
