∎ Minimum graduate/ Master Degree in any discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To check the all Invoice, Packing lists and other export related documents which submitted by factory/supplier.
∎ To coordinate with the merchandiser to ensure P.O. L/C and shipment date
∎ To coordinate with factory management to make load the goods as per buyer requirement
∎ To coordinate with the forwarder for vessel booking
∎ To coordinate with forwarder and supplier to ensure on time final documents submission.
∎ Handle Bank realization activities after goods shipment.
∎ To prepare different types of MIS report as per management requirement for Head office and BD office
∎ To check all kinds of export L/C & TT proposal & others
∎ To check all export documents for USA & Canada.
∎ Any other duties assigned by Departmental Head.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Skilled in computer operation
∎ Strong correspondence capability over internet and e-mail is must
∎ Liaison office experience will give preference
