Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Business Studies (MBS)
∎ CGPA minimum 3.40
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Able to work at night shift in Office as always.
∎ Communicating with Customer, Forwarder, Merchandiser and Factory for the export related issues.
∎ Place online booking to the forwarder for sea, air and sea-air shipment.
∎ Responsible for Export documents- Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading & other export related docs.
∎ Handle Shipping line and transport related concern authorities for smooth and timely delivery of goods and implementation of all commercial strategies.
∎ Independently Prepare all export documents as per buyer's requirement.
∎ Ensure preparing all export documents on time.
∎ Preparing shipment statement & report to management.
∎ Should have Clear knowledge of current rules & regulations of Customs, HS Code.
∎ Any additional work assigned by the top management should be completed smoothly.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good Command over MS Office, MS Excel.
∎ Good email writing skills.
∎ Knowledge in operating RDP.
∎ Energetic, confident and proactive.
∎ Good communication skill in English.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area: Export (Commercial/Shipping)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area: Garments/Buying Office
Salary: Negotiable
