Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Sc. in Material Science/Technology,
∎ B.Sc. (Honors) & M.Sc. in Chemistry/Applied Chemistry,
∎ B.Sc. in Metallurgical, Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial & Production Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering.
∎ Any Diploma Engineer having long time (Minimum 10 yrs) experience in Melting plant can also apply.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Steel Melting

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure Smooth Operation of Scrap Melting Furnace & Ladle Refining Furnace (LRF).
∎ To set Target Production Shift wise/Daily and to Achieve.
∎ To understand and to implement properly the Scrap Recipe on various types Scrap Stock Situation.
∎ Furnace Floor Controlling Leadership Capability to reduce system loss.
∎ Maintaining coordination among Furnace, LRF & CCM for reducing system loss, better Output.
∎ To maintain communication with other units for Scrap Sourcing.
∎ To maintain Billet Quality as per KSRM demand.
∎ To generate Shift wise production analysis report.
∎ To keep workplace clean, proper house keeping & to comply Safety with Safety Department.
∎ To propose new ideas to the management for Upgradation/Modification of Plant having any thinking.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 38 years
∎ Having experience in CCM Production (LRF, Furnace) in melting plant will get preference.
∎ Having 8 years experience in which minimum 3 years in Steel Melting Sector.
∎ Good interpersonal skills, pleasant personality, hardworking & honest.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Ability to do work unusual hours.
∎ Sound knowledge in computer operation.
∎ Must have excellent communication skill in English & Bengali.
∎ Must be adjustable with factory environment & able to do shifting duty.

Salary: Negotiable
