Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for all production activities to corresponding shift.
∎ Achieve production target set by Management.
∎ Make Communication with furnace, rolling bay and finishing area personal for smooth operation during shift.
∎ Lead production people working in production line.
∎ Make planning for changing pass guide, stand, bar grade with minimum time.
∎ Inspection of whole production line whether everything is functioning properly or not.
∎ Ensure best quality of finish product.
∎ Minimize the production loss as much as possible through planning, motivation and proper communication with all other related departments.
∎ Ensure a safe, sound and clean Mill working area.
∎ Ensure proper safety precautions for all people working under the supervision of shift in charge and will not allow any person in production floor without safety equipments.
∎ Handover the mill to next shift in charge in smooth running conditions.
∎ Train all the people with best knowledge of production working under own supervision.
∎ Liable to do job that is assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Good interpersonal skills, pleasant personality, hardworking & honest.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Ability to do work unusual hours.
∎ Sound knowledge in computer operation.
∎ Must have excellent communication skill in English & Bengali.
∎ Must be adjustable with factory environment & able to do shifting duty.
