∎ Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical Engineering
∎ Skills Required: Computer skill, Good Communication Skill in Both English Bengali

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise the activity of Technicians and helper etc.
∎ Take operational log of central HVAC system - Chiller, Cooling Tower, Pumps
∎ Monitor the operation of other Air conditioning system-VRF, Split AC etc.
∎ Supervise Preventive Maintenance schedule-daily, weekly, monthly and annually
∎ Perform Predictive maintenance system
∎ Receive on call support service from floors, and ensure the service
∎ Implement the PM as per schedule using available resources
∎ Trouble shooting activity in case of any break down
∎ Monitor performance of HVAC system, and take necessary action for remedy if any anomaly is observed
∎ Maintain cooperation and rapport with other colleagues and peers
∎ Assess for good stock for spares and consumables and Tools for HVAC system
∎ Maintain stock register for tools, works and existing spares & consumables
∎ Raise Purchase requisition
∎ Maintain safety & Security procedure with in plant and in other working area
∎ Any other works assigned by the In Charge, HVAC

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have Sound knowledge in Refrigeration process
∎ Should have good understanding in electrical system
∎ Should have good understanding in BMS system and auto control
∎ Should have knowledge in instrumentation
∎ Should have Sound knowledge in mechanical fabrication work.
∎ Able to read blue print of drawing.
∎ Should have good understanding of Specification of HVAC products
∎ Should have skill in operation of a large central air conditioning system
∎ Should possess maintenance & trouble shooting skill
∎ Should have good skill in control of manpower
∎ Knowledge in Auto CAD is preferable
∎ Should have skill in basic computer operation (like Windows, MS Word, Excel, email etc.)
