Job Responsibilities:
∎ He/she shall be responsible for smooth operation and ongoing maintenance during the shift duty period
∎ He/she should have thorough knowledge regarding all the machineries of the hospital
∎ As shift In-charge, He/She shall lead and train the junior employees
∎ He/she shall report to head of the department regarding day to day matters which include but not limited to technical, team performance, employee motivation level, inter- department communication and other requirements
∎ Shift In-Charge shall have control over the operators and verify their performance regarding shift duty and maintenance
∎ Ensuring timely attendance, hand over and take over of all operators/technicians properly
∎ As a team leader, he/she shall carry out and maintain all documentation during the duty period

Salary:
∎ As per the Hospital policy
