∎ ম্যানেজম্যান্ট থেকে প্রাপ্ত ডেলিভারী অ্যাড্রেস ধরে পণ্য ডেলিভারী করে দিতে হবেম্যানেজম্যান্ট থেকে প্রাপ্ত তথ্য অনুসারে পণ্য ফেরত (ব্যাক) আনতে হবেইন্টারনেট ব্রাউজিং এর অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবেকাস্টোমার ফিড-ব্যাক ম্যানেজম্যান্টকে জানাতে হবেঅফিসে টাইমের বাইরে ডিউটি দিলে ওভারটাইম দেয়া হবেপ্রতি ডেলিভারীতে এক্সট্রা বেনিফিট দেয়া হবে
