• Proven ability to work independently and working together with other colleagues

• Operate and maintain machinery used in cutting, stitching, and finishing caps and hats.
• Coordinate and supervise daily operations in various sections like embroidery, cutting, stitching, and packaging.
• Ensure production targets are met within the allocated time.
• Inspect finished hats to ensure they meet quality and accuracy standards.
• Manage quality checks at different stages of the production process.
• Ensure compliance with buyer specifications and local regulations.
• Perform maintenance on hat-making machinery and equipment.
• Address any technical issues or breakdowns promptly to minimize downtime.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area for safety and efficiency.
• Manage inventory of raw materials and supplies needed for production.
• Ensure materials are properly sourced and organized.
• Knowledge of different fabrics and materials, proficiency with hat-making tools and machinery, and the ability to create patterns and designs are essential.
• Focusing on Operator training & skill development
• Ability to solve any pattern and technical related issues
