Minimum 6 months of experience as a Sewing Operator.
Ability to operate industrial sewing machines efficiently.
Knowledge of garment production processes and quality standards.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Physically fit and willing to work in a factory setting.
Responsibilities & Context:
Operate sewing machines to produce garments according to production requirements.
Ensure product quality and maintain production targets.
Follow supervisor instructions and factory regulations.
Maintain cleanliness and proper care of sewing equipment.
Report any machine or production issues to the relevant supervisor.
Job Other Benifits:
Monthly salary: BDT 15,000.
