Job Responsibilities:
∎ follow the production to ensure no delay on the inspection date and shipment date
∎ making the production plan by followthe master plan
∎ ensure the quantity and quality of production to achieve daily target
∎ paying attendention to potential operators, where offer the training, who will be able to be the supervisor in the future
∎ organize the daily production meeting to surpervisors rearding the production problem
∎ follow every line production status, and push the supervisor to completed the rework garment
∎ assist to technicain to solve the line quality problem
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ sewing incharge experience minimum 5 years in under garment factory
∎ know how to use computer, and able to write sewing section production report in English
∎ can making the sewing floor seasion wise session production plan
∎ able to follow the IE instruction to practice it, and improve operator handling
∎ able to comunicate with other saction to make the production smoothly
∎ hard working and always be positive
Salary: Tk. 40000 - 50000 (Monthly)
