Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Electronics or CSE from any reputed institute.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To troubleshoot and repair Laptop, Desktop, Monitor, Router, All in One (IT products) etc.
∎ To Check and perform replacement procedure of mouse, keyboard, pen drive etc. for customers.
∎ To visit service points frequently as backup expert.
∎ To visit plaza and distributors to build up relation.
∎ To Learn service policy of different products and provide service accordingly.
∎ To carry out any other tasks given by HOD.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Must be interested in IT products repair. (Laptop, Desktop, Monitor, Router, All in one, UPS etc.)
∎ Smart, active and Capability on customer management.
∎ Good communication skill.
∎ Interested to learn new things.
∎ Hands on experience on electronics work will be preferred.
∎ Positive thinking, self-motivated, well-mannered applicants are welcome.
∎ Exceptional technical expertise.
∎ Interested to work anywhere in Bangladesh.

Salary: Negotiable
