∎ BSc in ME/EEE/IPE from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Customer Management, Customer Relationship Management, Customer Service, Refrigerator and Aircondion, Service Operations
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identifies opportunities to improve processes, leads and develops recommendations, and provides insights to management.
∎ Guides the team in defining problems, identifying problems, and developing a work plan using problem-solving principles and previous experience.
∎ Leverage the company's technical expertise and knowledge to drive leadership.
∎ Develops simple and easy-to-understand frameworks and formats to present information and ideas.
∎ Coordinating with the partners of the company for their efforts.
∎ Deal with innovation and improvement in service processes and the customer.
∎ Manage department budgets and calculate return on investment (ROI) of team actions.
∎ Automate the service processes, CRM, negotiate, and liaise with 3rd party marketing agencies.
∎ Prepare reports on various procedures that have been attempted in order to eliminate methods that do not work.
∎ To complete any type of work/task required by HOD.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Refrigerator & customer service management-related experience is preferable
∎ Lean Six Sigma professional and Adviser to Key Stakeholders
∎ Understand advanced principles of refrigeration, cooling, and heating
∎ Ability to repair, service, test, and troubleshoot equipment
∎ Excellent communication, interpersonal and diagnostic skills
∎ Ability to work under pressure & Ability to complete the work timely
