Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc (in Electrical Engineering) from any reputed Private/Public University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee all services and workspaces in shop
∎ Delegate and direct service tasks; monitor progress of all current and pending projects
∎ Consistently deliver incredible customer service experiences by offering knowledge, advice, and answering questions and concerns
∎ Act as the highest source of information for all service, inventory, and product-knowledge concerns and work process matters (for both employees and customers)
∎ Keep a safe and clean workspace at all times
∎ Monitor employee work and provide frequent progress reports in order to improve employee satisfaction and efficiency
∎ Follow and abide by all company standards, regulations, and laws
∎ Help train new employees in company procedures, including safety and work processes
∎ Stay up to date on industry standards and any new innovations, materials, tools and/or processes that can benefit the company
∎ Works as a successful team leader.
∎ Intention to visit to all Branches.
∎ To manage and ensure workforce, products & services.
∎ To do Strategic Planning over departmental Improvement.
∎ Supervision of the Service and Maintenance processes and teams in all Branch, reporting to General Manager-Operations
∎ Supervision Spare Parts stock.
∎ Overall customer satisfaction.
∎ Reporting of problems and changes.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 05 years of experience in service oriented work in any reputed company.
∎ Minimum 02 years of experience at the same position or Asst. Service Manager Position.
∎ Strong communication skills in speaking, reading & writing in English & Bangla.
∎ Proficient in MS office, excel, power point, mail communication, browsing Internet etc.
∎ Ability to work independently, self-motivated and work to tight deadlines.
∎ Ability to adjust to and work with teams.
∎ Ability to drive and inspire
∎ Confidence & creative
∎ Should be energetic & smart.
∎ Can do attitude.
∎ Quick decision-making abilities
∎ Team Building & Leadership
∎ Positive Attitude
∎ Flexibility
∎ Have relevant experience over servicing Power Tools item like Digital scale, Planer, Drill Machine, Hit gun, Circular saw etc.
