∎ Diploma engineering or EEE

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform non-process maintenance activities in Company locations as guided and advised by supervisor
∎ Identify and follow up Preventive Maintenance (PM) & Corrective Maintenance (CM) of the maintenance activities
∎ Prepare the Bill of Materials (BOM) of the maintenance activities by aligning with the core maintenance team.
∎ Learn safety protocols of the gas plants for performing maintenance activities.
∎ Provide support to Maintenance Coordinator for learning and developing job specific JSA/HA.
∎ Follow up and update equipment PM job schedule.
∎ Prepare weekly report.
∎ Ensure daily basis toolbox talk, selection of work team leaders & area controllers as appropriate for the activities.
∎ Ensure timely response to each planned & unplanned HVAC / AC / F&G /Electrical maintenance job
∎ Perform daily monitoring of HVAC / AC / F&G system.
∎ Perform daily monitoring of Kitchen and Laundry Equipment

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3-5 Years’ experience in maintenance job in industry.
∎ Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
∎ Excellent technical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Good co ordination and team working skills
∎ Willing to travel within the country
