∎ Diploma in Electronics in EEE, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in EEE
∎ Candidates are required from any reputed public/Private University.
∎ Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Electronics, Service/ support, TV/ Fridge/ AC
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Daily job assigns and follow up to service man and communicate with customer, dealer, Sales people and other related person.
∎ Maintain team member administratively.
∎ Monthly service report (Product Model, Category and District wise max problem, Indoor service, Technician performance report& Evaluation Report).
∎ Complain feedback entry on Service software.
∎ Daily person wise working reports submit to service Monitoring/ Coordinator.
∎ Follow-up for pending complain and service people monitoring.
∎ Sales return / Replace issue investigation and finally processing.
∎ Missing issue investigation and finally processing.
∎ The daily pick & drop service maintains.
∎ Service costs minimize.
∎ Warranty checking.
∎ Technician & Third party bill checking.
∎ Monthly Meeting arrange with technician.
∎ Maintain spare Parts stocks
∎ Feedback call should be taken daily with every customer for smooth service and future service.
∎ Administrative work under him
∎ Also do additional work as per management instruction.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 28 years
