∎ Strong analytical skills for fault report scrutiny and solution finding.

∎ Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Analyze and monitor workload in each service zone to identify high pending work areas.
∎ Allocate manpower dynamically based on real-time workload data.
∎ Implement cross-training programs for technicians.
∎ Develop and deliver continuous training programs for technicians.
∎ Ensure compliance with ESD safety protocols.
∎ Conduct regular technical audits of service zones.
∎ Perform root cause analysis of technical issues in TV services.
∎ Collaborate with the development team to find effective solutions to recurring problems.
∎ Scrutinize fault reports to identify common issues and trends.
∎ Work with the development team to implement proper solutions.
∎ Oversee the progress of panel repair projects at central and divisional repair points.
∎ Ensure projects are completed within specified timelines and quality standards.
∎ Monitor all RMA processes to ensure timely and accurate handling.
∎ Coordinate with relevant personnel for refunds in RMA processes.
∎ Ensure troubleshooting and maintenance of machines and tools in the panel repair section.
∎ Liaise with the factory’s relevant section to address technical issues promptly.
∎ Perform any additional tasks as assigned by the HOD within the stipulated time frame.
