Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma/BSc in Mechanical/ Automobile/ Electrical engineering from reputed institution
∎ SSC/HSC or equivalent (Minimum GPA 4 out of 5) & Diploma/BSc (Minimum CGPA 3 out of 4)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Using various strategies and tools to provide effective solutions to customer's concerns.
∎ Communicating with clients, engineers, and other mechanics to ensure that services are delivered effectively.
∎ Promptly following up on service requests and providing customer feedback & take the necessary steps.
∎ Monitoring equipment, machinery and warehouse operation performance and developing preventative maintenance measures.
∎ Conducting quality assurance and safety checks on all equipments.
∎ Providing recommendations about new features and product improvement.
∎ Monitoring inventory and reordering materials when needed.
∎ Conducting research and attending workshops to remain abreast of industry development.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Experience on relevant field will get preference
