Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Calibration, Electric Repairing, Electrical Installation and Maintenance, Technical Support Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Install, adjust, maintenance, repair, or provide technical support for Life Science equipment.
∎ Promote sales and evaluate the safety, efficiency, and effectiveness of Life Science equipment.
∎ Train clinicians/user and other personnel on the proper use of the supplied equipment.
∎ Perform Calibration & IQ/OQ of the supplied equipment.
∎ Perform Preventive Maintenance, Breakdown Maintenance and Shut down maintenance.
∎ Time to time communicate with the user for better support and customer satisfaction.
∎ Provide full technical support before and after sales for better service and customer satisfaction.
∎ Gather required spare parts information for servicing from the customer & provide them in time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Multi-tasking skills.
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
∎ Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
∎ Ability to meet deadlines.
∎ Strong attention to detail with perfect accuracy.
