Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Install, adjust, maintain, repair, or provide technical support for Life Science equipment.
∎ Promote sales and evaluate the safety, efficiency, and effectiveness of Life Science equipment.
∎ Train clinicians/users and other personnel on the proper use of the supplied equipment.
∎ Perform Calibration & IQ/OQ of the supplied equipment.
∎ Perform Preventive Maintenance, Breakdown Maintenance, and Shutdown Maintenance.
∎ Time to time communicate with the user for better support and customer satisfaction.
∎ Provide full technical support before and after sales for better service and customer satisfaction.
∎ Gather required spare parts information for servicing from the customer & provide them in time.
∎ Willing to travel all over the country for troubleshooting and installation service.
