Job Responsibilities:
∎ Act to achieve yearly target under the guidance of the management for Agricultural Equipment division
∎ Prepare yearly service delivery plan including service strategies, policies, procedures, and practices for all service delivery channels in order assure effective after sales service to end-users.
∎ To design a Better Service Plan for minimize cost & maximize facilities & customer satisfaction.
∎ Ensure spare parts availability and effective delivery of after sales services through existing channel partners and by developing new franchise in all target markets in coordination with Sales & Marketing team.
∎ To ensure on call service, improvements in systems of spare parts management, to minimize cost of operations.
∎ Ensure availability of spare parts in time at warehouse by preparing three month's rolling forecast based on market requirements.
∎ Prepare weekly, monthly, yearly report to local management as well as all of our principal.
∎ Troubleshooting & find out root cause to resolve the technical problem.
