∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in EEE, Diploma in Engineering in EEE
∎ Skills Required: Customer Relationship Management, Customer Support/ Client Service, Risk Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
After Sales Service, Construction Material Handling Equipment, Customer Support/ Client Service, Excellent customer service skills
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Automobile, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Engineering Firms
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Servicing Forklift, Reach Truck, Stacker, Hand Pallet and other technology based equipment.
∎ Diagnosis & identify the actual problem and make action plan.
∎ Ensuring best after sales service to the customers.
∎ Ensuring scheduled and periodical service.
∎ Ensuring spare parts availability for the customers.
∎ Attending any time emergency service calls from customers.
∎ Achieving service & spare parts target.
∎ Lead/ monitor/ supervise the team which consists technicians/mechanics.
∎ Report preparation and submission.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates who have the working experience on Forklift, Reach Truck, Stacker, Hand Pallet and other Material Handling Equipment servicing are only encouraged to apply.
Salary: Negotiable
