Educational Requirements:
∎ Degree of BSc. Engineering (Electrical) from a reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintenance and service of generators (Diesel and Gas), HVAC systems, Fire systems, Boilers and other MEP related equipment.
∎ Assist with inspection, installation repair, upgrading, troubleshooting on gensets.
∎ Proactive in communication and accessibility to customers and Dept. Manager with timely reporting on, job status and technical issues.
∎ Preparation risk assessment and checklists for assigned job scope.
∎ Able to prepare a handwritten work done, with data recorded as per format templates and service report with photos, upon completion of job.
∎ Able to prepare a formal investigation report with photographs as per company.
∎ Able to provide formal recommendation and repair proposals on breakdown or failure attendance. And corrective actions as required during work progress.
∎ Prepare spare part list required for service and repair.
∎ Maintains equipment by completing preventive maintenance schedules, conducting tests, and troubleshooting and repairing malfunctions.
∎ Responsible in maintaining equipment, tools in good order and maintain good housekeeping at all job locations.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 32 years
∎ Minimum 03 years' working experience in Service Field
∎ Excellent communication (written and verbal) & presentation skills in English.
∎ Maintain work standards.
∎ Responsible for all customer inquiries and communications.
∎ Must need to have good expertise in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
∎ Learning tendency and being able to learn fast about the parts of the company's equipment.
∎ Smart, Energetic, and willing to travel anywhere.
∎ Positive work ethic and result-oriented approach to assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated.
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and team building throughout the organization and outside of the organization.
∎ The incumbent should have at least 3 years of work experience in service field.
∎ Living in Uttara will be an added advantage.
∎ Excellent knowledge in written and spoken English & Bengali.
