Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate as an electrical engineer with at least 6 years of experience
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Service Engineer is responsible for installation, implementation and troubleshooting of field services, support on projects as per assigned work.
∎ Ensuring that all work are carried out in accordance with OEM standards
∎ Supervision of Workshop and Field Service activities
∎ Onsite trouble shooting and investigations
∎ Preparation of service and inspection reports.
∎ Assist with MAN product inquiries.
∎ Willing to work outside normal working hours.
∎ Travelling inside Bangladesh at short notice is part of the requirements for this position.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Work experience on large bore HFO operated engine is mandatory
∎ OEM work experience is an advantage
∎ Fluency in spoken English is desired
∎ High customer orientation, able to build long-term relationships
∎ Highly committed towards organizational goals, self-motivated and good team player
