Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from a reputed institute.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Estimation and prepare quotations upon the query of the service manager/engineer.
∎ Coordinate and arrange meetings with customers.
∎ Assign and monitor different jobs & schedule on time-to-time basis to the third-party technician team.
∎ Handling inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
∎ Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated persons for further investigation.
∎ Based on customer query creating job order and closing upon completion with proper solution.
∎ Work closely with parts team and update the spare parts pricing.
∎ Report time to time to the supervisor for complicated issues.
∎ Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way.
∎ Supervises and maintains ethical practice in the service center
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 02 years' working experience in a similar capacity or respective field.
∎ Proficiency in English.
∎ Honest, energetic, dedicated, and polite in manner with positive personality.
∎ Pro-active, independent and result oriented.
∎ Should have good negotiation skills.
∎ Must need to have good expertise in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
∎ Positive work ethic and result-oriented approach to assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated.
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and team building throughout the organization and outside of the organization.
∎ The incumbent should have at least 2 years of work experience in respective field.
∎ Living in Uttara will be an added advantage.
∎ Excellent knowledge in written and spoken English & Bengali.
