∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Automobile
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Automobile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Customer handling, Maintenance, after-sales service
∎ Handling customer complaints and concerns and make sure the problem is corrected to the customer and dealerships satisfaction
∎ Establish and maintain relationships with the manufactures designated warranty representatives
∎ Ensure that all paperwork and write-ups were clear and concise
∎ Job Control, distribution, and Estimation.
∎ Customer feedback, service reminder, and customer follow-up
∎ Perform Quality control and Vehicle inventory
∎ Report vehicle details in order to ensure the safety of the driver and optimal vehicle operation.
∎ Verify the customer concern perform a test drive
∎ Attend Technical and Non-technical Training get certification
∎ Reporting as per Requirement.
∎ Others:
∎ Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
∎ Any other Job Assigned by the Management
