∎ Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor.
∎ Assist customers in selecting coffee and other menu items.
∎ Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
∎ Provide recommendations based on customer preferences.
∎ Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and food items according to established recipes and standards.
∎ Ensure orders are delivered promptly and with attention to detail.
∎ Collaborate with the kitchen and barista team to ensure smooth order flow.
∎ Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tables, counters, and service stations.
∎ Monitor and restock supplies as needed.
∎ Assist in maintaining the overall cleanliness of the Coffee House.
∎ Handle cash and electronic transactions accurately.
∎ Provide customers with receipts and process payments in compliance with company policies.
∎ Stay informed about the coffee and menu offerings.
∎ Communicate effectively with customers about product details and promotions.
∎ Work collaboratively with other team members, including baristas and kitchen staff.
∎ Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
