∎ Have more than five (05) years' background in the telecommunications technology field, and have experience in delivery and maintenance of Huawei wireless product.
∎ Experience in leading project, team and major issues.
∎ Have general knowledge of the principles and features of wireless new technologies.
∎ Have a good command of the commissioning and maintenance capabilities of Huawei wireless products.
∎ Fluent in English
∎ Hard working spirit, can bear big work pressure and work independently.
∎ Ability to easily adapt to changes.
∎ Ideal candidate will demonstrate an energetic and "Can-Do" attitude.
∎ Thrives in a competitive environment.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Sound expertise & experience in multi-vendor network environment management (example: Huawei, Ericsson)
∎ Broad knowledge on 2G, 3G, 4G and 5G technologies
∎ On-hand knowledge of installation, configuration and acceptance for multi-vendor products
∎ Advanced Expert Level Operation & Maintenance Support in BTS, NodeB, BSC, RNC, Repeater, IBS, Small Cell Solutions by Troubleshooting, Configuration Change & Feature deployment
∎ Can lead technical project such as LTE TDD implementation, rehoming, TRX addition and BTS parameter change
∎ Perform software commissioning and upgradation from both on-site and back-office
∎ Major Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sound expertise & experience in multi-vendor network environment management (example: Huawei, Ericsson)
∎ Broad knowledge on 2G, 3G, 4G and 5G technologies
