Additional Requirements:

• Age 28 to 38 years
• Only Male

Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as a Waiter/Service Staff.At least 1 year of experience as Senior Waiter/Captain/Team Leader will be preferred.Experience in reputed cafe, restaurant, hotel, or coffee shop will get preference.

Responsibilities & Context:

• Welcome guests warmly and assist them with seating arrangements.

• Present the menu, explain food items, and suggest suitable items to customers.

• Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them properly to the kitchen/bar team.

• Serve food and beverages in a professional and timely manner.

• Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and service presentation.

• Monitor customer needs and provide prompt support during service.

• Handle customer complaints, feedback, and special requests professionally.

• Guide and support junior waiters and service staff.

• Coordinate with kitchen, cashier, barista, and floor team for smooth operations.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area, service station, and customer area.

• Ensure proper opening and closing service procedures.

• Check food presentation and order accuracy before serving.

• Support upselling of menu items, combos, desserts, beverages, and promotions.

• Follow company SOP, hygiene standards, grooming standards, and service rules.

• Report any customer issue, equipment damage, stock shortage, or operational problem to management.
